Dr. Rahmat Ullah is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Political Science and International Relations at Istanbul Gelisim University, Türkiye. He graduated from the Faculty of Social Sciences at Jahangirnagar University, Bangladesh, in 2009 and completed his master’s degree there in 2011. He received his Ph.D. in International Relations from Karadeniz Technical University. In 2021, he began his academic career as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Political Science and International Relations at Istanbul Gelisim University, Türkiye.

Dr. Ullah specializes in Bangladesh and South Asian politics. His research interests include migration, political studies, international conflict, foreign policy, soft power, and colonialism. He also focuses on Türkiye-South Asia relations as a key area of his academic work.
